Can I look at or test the items you sell?

We often have people local to us visit prior to purchasing. Typically we will have one of each product set up on display but we don't always have tubs in places they can be filled with water and fully set up. If you call ahead we can usually prepare whatever you would like to look at.

We have cold plunges in some local gyms that you may be able to test, please call us to confirm.

If you aren't local, unfortunately we don't currently have anywhere you can test or see products.

How does the shipping work?

You are always welcome to collect your purchase at our Pinellas Park warehouse, and we do local curbside delivery in the Tampa Bay area. For delivery outside of Tampa Bay, items are shipped using major carriers who will deliver to your curbside. Typically for the type of items we ship, the carrier will call you once the item is at their depot near you and schedule the final delivery. If you are in the lower 48 states and Washington DC, curbside delivery is free.
