Refund policy

We have a 30-day, no questions asked return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns must be unused, undamaged and in the original, undamaged packaging on the pallet.

To cover some of our costs, we charge a 10% re-stocking fee plus the actual FedEx cost for the return shipping. 

If not purchased through our website, you will need to supply your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns should be shipped to the following address: 6545 44TH ST N, 4007, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33781, United States. 

If your return meets the above criteria, we will charge you the return shipping costs and send you a return shipping label. We will give you instructions on how to contact FedEx to arrange collection. 

When your item arrives back with us, we will inspect it carefully. If everything is as it should be, we will refund your original purchase price less the 10% re-stocking fee. If there are any damages or missing parts, we will contact you to discuss.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
